Thank you for your feedback. All feedback submitted will be summarised in a Pre-Application Community Consultation Report which will be submitted alongside the planning application. Personal details will not be shared with a third party and we will not contact you in relation to any other project or for marketing purposes. The information you provide will be stored securely until determination of the planning applications. Following determination, this information will be deleted. Next Steps
This pre-application community consultation has been developed to meaningfully engage with interested members of the public, local residents, and all interested parties as part of the Pre-Application Community Consultation (PACC) process.
Following the completion of the consultation period, all feedback received will be carefully reviewed and considered. The design team may make refinements to the proposals in response to the comments received.
A full planning application for the proposed development will then be submitted to Belfast City Council. The application will be accompanied by a Pre-Application Community Consultation Report summarising all feedback and how it has informed the proposals.
The closing date to provide your feedback on the proposals is Friday 12th June 2026 at 5pm.
